Leotis John Marlowe “Leo”, 51, of Bluefield, Va., died Monday, Sept. 6, 2010, in Bluefield, Va. He was a dispatcher with the Bluefield West Virginia Police Department. He served in the U.S. Air Force. A great husband, father, son, brother, and friend. The embodiment of a true servant-leader will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Antoinette Bailoni Marlowe.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 13 until the funeral services at 12 noon at M.L.K. Church, 15 Memorial Drive, Neptune. Repass will be at V.F.W., 1515 Corlies Ave., Neptune. Arrangements by Jackson Funeral Home, Neptune.
