Wall Township – Anthony T. Sauta, 59, of Wall Township passed away suddenly Tuesday, December 19,
2017 at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune.
Born in Neptune, he was a graduate of the Neptune Township Public Schools and went on to attend Kean
College. He had resided in Neptune City for many years before moving to Wall Township 23 years ago. He
was a Communicant of the Church of the Ascension in Bradley beach.
He is survived by his wife Theresa Sullivan Sauta, his cherished daughter Brittany Sauta, dear brother Stephen Sauta
and his dear sister Dianne Donato, and cherished Uncle to Jessica and Nick Donato. He is the son of Anthony Sauta Jr.,
and he was predeceased earlier this year by his devoted loving mother Frances “Woodsie” Santanello Sauta. He is also
survived by his in-laws Robert and Peggy Sullivan, his three brothers-in-law Michael, John and Edward Sullivan, and a
multitude of lifelong friends.
Anthony was an Entrepreneur in the Automotive Industry in the Shore area, operating both Repair and Collision Shops
in several local towns. He was a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Bradley Beach and a Board Member for
Alliance of Automotive Service Providers.
Anthony was an avid Power Boat enthusiast and a member of the NJPPC (New Jersey Performance Powerboat Club),
Florida PowerBoat Poker Runs, he had many cherished friends in the “Boating World.” Anthony enjoyed attending
events, i.e. Giants Games, Travelling and Key West. He had an infectious laugh and smile that will never be forgotten.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at 4:00PM at the
Church of the Ascension, 501 Brinley Avenue, Bradley Beach. We welcome family and friends to attend a “Celebration
of Life” at 5:30PM at Spring Lake Manor, 415 Route 71, Spring Lake.
No flowers will be accepted at Church. In lieu of flowers, kindly make a donation to Shore Dreams for Kids, 216 Union
Ave, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076, an event near and dear to Anthony. #TeamSauta
