Regina Lofredo Henderson
Regina Marie Loffredo Henderson (Gina), 56, of Avon passed away Friday, February 19, 2016. Gina was born in Neptune to the late Anthony and Margaret (Scatuorchio) Loffredo and was one of eleven children. Her siblings, their children and grandchildren were a great source of joy in Gina’s life. Her husband of thirty-three years, Mark Henderson, recalled Gina, at the age of 14, telling his sister that she would marry him someday. And so she did. Regina worked in several area restaurants and was an accomplished floral artist. She was an avid volunteer and enjoyed teaching CCD at Holy Innocents Roman Catholic Church. Her friends and family have said, “She was always there when you needed her.”
Viewing will be on Tuesday Feb. 23rd from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Buckley Funeral Home 509 Second Ave. Asbury Park. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
